Overview
SR Beauty was a complex e-commerce project that required much more than a standard Shopify theme. I built the store from scratch, developing a custom storefront around a catalogue of more than 4,000 products while accommodating the distinct needs of both business customers and individual consumers. The project combined custom theme development, tailored functionality, and a scalable structure designed to support a demanding retail operation.
The challenge
The main challenge was bringing a large product catalogue, B2B and B2C purchasing requirements, and multiple custom functionalities together in one cohesive storefront. The system needed to handle the complexity of a substantial catalogue while providing a clear, reliable, and responsive shopping experience for different customer types.
The solution
I developed a custom Shopify theme from the ground up and built the storefront architecture around the project's specific business requirements. I implemented tailored functionality for the B2B and B2C shopping experience, structured the interface to accommodate more than 4,000 products, and customized page templates and reusable components to create a consistent experience throughout the store.
